When I was 14, I read a biography of Michaelangelo, and the part that most impressed me was the last sentence. I read it in spanish so I'm going to copy it here the way it was written, but I don't want to deprive non-spanish speakers of it.

Basically it says that the important thing in life is to give your all when doing things, but the result must look as if it was effortless. I think it's true; whenever someone makes a big deal of what they've done, for me it automatically seems to lose value and interest. So ever since I read that, I've tried to remember it and follow it. Just thought I'd share it here on this webpage full of 'creators', to give a little food for thought.
